In 1963, a small plumbing company named Kingston Pike Plumbing was established in Knoxville, TN, with a single truck and a mission to offer the best plumbing services in the area.

Tom Cambron, a Tennessee native and founder of Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, closely followed the development and success of Kingston Pike Plumbing but knew he could make improvements.

In 1998, he purchased the company and placed it under the management of his eldest daughter, Whitney, with the goal of improving home services for local residents. In 2001, the company was officially renamed Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, and a new tradition of excellence was born.
